New house but basement floor cracked in half?

House is new moved in 2 months ago . Heard what I though was a loud explosion. When I checked the basement floor cracked completely in half. I feel sick about this, Home is under warranty. If the ground keeps shifting from the other construction gone on around us what could happen? What does this mean if I am transferred asnd have to sell house and pass a home inspection?
