I am looking at a house that is three years old with a basement and 8' concrete wall.



1it was then backfilled and formed up outside the basement to accomadate the second floor because it is not directly above the basement. 2" piers are in slab,but water has washed away approx 12" of sand from under second floor foundation apparently down the french drain,how can i replace this dirt to fill up to bottom of concrete slab. approx 20' x 20' area.
